We will be covering everything you need to know in the world of fitness from the celebrity workouts that Hollywood stars use to get fit, to home workout to keep yourself in good health. If your goal this year is to get in shape and keep health we have you covered. In the coming weeks we will be releasing our 10 week body weight exercise routine, which will be easy to follow along to and best of all you can fit it all in to 20 minutes a day. The exercises will be for all fitness levels so don’t worry if you have not exercised in a while just work at your own pace.
We will also be review some of the fitness equipment that is currently on the market from Ab belts to resistance bans and the latest health watches. it can be confusing with the amount of equipment on the market to decide what is worth spending your money and what is a waste of time.
We are also looking to include a nutrition plan to go along with our 10 week exercise routine. If you follow both you will get maximum benefit and hopefully look and feel great.
